Bijoux Bracelets guarantees all jewelery against defects. However, should there be any problems, please contact us to return to it to be fixed or replaced. Any items returned will be accepted within ten days of ship date.

Ordering All retail orders can be placed by email on this website. An email confirmation of your receipt will be forwarded within one business day.

Packaging All jewelery will packaged in sheer white organza bags. (With exception of Hairsticks. Due to their length, they are packaged in fitted plastic bags.)

Delivery Items usually ship within 3 days, as each jewelery item is custom made.

Shipping Packages within the US are shipped USPS - Priority Mail at a flat rate of $4.80 which will be added upon checkout. Package delivery is estimated between 2-3 days.
Packages going international are shipped USPS - First Class - Global Priority at a flat rate of $4.80, which will be added upon checkout. Package delivery is estimated between 6-10 days. Additional shippng charges may need to be calculated for individual orders and countries depending upon weight and urgency.
